Privacy policy
Information under Articles 13 and 14 of the General Data Protection Regulation. We process as little data as possible: no tracking, no advertising networks, no external fonts or scripts.

Questions about data protection are answered at the contacts above. A data protection officer is not required by law and has therefore not been appointed.
Inquiry form
The two forms on this website let you request an appointment at the groin centre or an MFL license.
Data processed
- name and email address
- phone number, club or organisation, country and role, where provided
- your message
- for license inquiries, whether a qualified therapist and suitable rooms are available
- the language you used, your IP address and browser identification, and the time of submission
Purpose and legal basis
We process this data in order to handle and answer your request. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, because the processing happens at your request and in preparation of a contract. IP address and browser identification are stored in addition in order to detect and prevent abuse of the form; the legal basis for that is our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Required fields
Only name and email address are required, plus club or organisation for license inquiries. Every other field is optional. Without the required fields we cannot process your request. There is no statutory or contractual obligation to provide the data.
Retention
Inquiries are deleted 24 months after they were last worked on, unless statutory retention periods say otherwise. If the inquiry turns into a business relationship, the seven year periods of Austrian tax and commercial law apply.
Hosting and server logs
The website and its database run at a processor with whom a contract under Article 28 GDPR is in place. When a page is opened, the server automatically logs the IP address, the time, the address called, the status code, the volume of data transferred, the referring address and the browser identification. These logs serve secure operation and troubleshooting; the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. They are deleted after 30 days at the latest and are not combined with other data.
Email delivery
Every inquiry is also delivered to our office by email. The mail provider we use processes the data it contains on our behalf. Replies to your request are sent by email as well.
Cookies
This website sets strictly necessary cookies only. They keep your session alive and protect the forms against cross site request forgery. Without them the inquiry form does not work. Such cookies need no consent under §165(3) of the Austrian Telecommunications Act; the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. A cookie banner is therefore not needed.
Not in use: analytics and statistics services, advertising networks, social media plugins, external fonts and map services. Fonts and scripts are served from our own server, so no connection to third parties is made.
Recipients
Personal data is passed on only to the hosting provider and the mail provider, both as processors, and to our tax advisers and public authorities where the law requires it. No transfer to third countries outside the European Union takes place. Your data is not sold and is not used for third party advertising.
No automated decision making
No automated decision making and no profiling takes place.
Your rights
You have the following rights towards us:
- access to the data stored about you (Article 15 GDPR)
- rectification of inaccurate data (Article 16 GDPR)
- erasure (Article 17 GDPR)
- restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR)
- data portability (Article 20 GDPR)
- objection to processing based on legitimate interests (Article 21 GDPR)
A message to the email address above is enough to exercise them.
Right to complain
If you believe that the processing of your data breaches data protection law, you can complain to the supervisory authority:
Austrian Data Protection Authority, Barichgasse 40 to 42, 1030 Vienna, dsb@dsb.gv.at, www.dsb.gv.at
Changes
If the content of this website or the processing behind it changes, we update this policy. The version published here is the one that applies.
